Job summary

PT Human Protalent Indonesia, based in Jakarta, is seeking a risk control and SOP specialist to strengthen internal controls and ensure SOP compliance across departments. The role requires experience in risk management and the ability to identify operational risks, with strong analytical and communication skills.

The candidate will collaborate with Procurement and Operations to implement governance and compliance frameworks, driving continuous improvement to reduce business risks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in risk control management related to SOP implementation within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of internal control, risk management, and SOP development.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese at a working communication level, or fluent in English.
• Ability to identify operational risks and recommend preventive measures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and improve company SOPs to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of SOPs across departments.
• Identify operational risks and establish appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Conduct compliance reviews and internal control assessments.
• Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and other departments to strengthen risk control processes.
• Prepare risk assessment reports and compliance reports for management.
• Provide guidance and training to employees regarding SOP compliance and risk management practices.
• Assist management in developing and implementing corporate governance and compliance frameworks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and reduce business risks.

A. Job Requirements
Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 1–5 years of experience in risk control management related to SOP implementation within a corporate environment.

B. Preferred Qualifications

Open to both Indonesian and Chinese nationals.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.

Previous experience in Procurement/Purchasing departments is an advantage.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.

Familiarity with compliance policies, internal audit processes, and operational controls.
