Job summary

A luxury resort in Bali is seeking a MICE Experience Manager (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee impactful events. The ideal candidate will create and implement successful sales operations and proactively target opportunities in local and international MICE markets, especially in the Chinese market. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury resort, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. A diploma in relevant fields is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales operational activities for MICE and events.
• Proactively target MICE opportunities in local and international markets.
• Sell hotels' event spaces and drive revenue into the event areas.
• Establish local partnerships to promote accommodation and events.
• Maintain relationships with assigned MICE agencies.
