Job summary

PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia in Medan, North Sumatra, is seeking a Human Resource & Operational Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to support HR operations and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

This full-time role involves HR admin tasks, onboarding, recruitment support, attendance management, and HR reporting, with emphasis on confidentiality and Indonesian HR practices.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin and proficient in MS Office are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) at a professional level.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or HR-related roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork across diverse groups.
• Understanding of Indonesian employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR, including records management, payroll assistance, and documentation processing.
• Serve as translator and liaison between the company and Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders.
• Assist in recruitment, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support onboarding and induction with accurate documentation completion.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and performance-related records.
• Coordinate with operations to implement HR policies consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and compliance with data protection.
• Organize HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and filing systems.
• Handle inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
