Job summary

Aman seeks a Guest Relations Manager at Amandari, Kedewatan, Ubud, Bali, to ensure an exceptional, personalized and memorable guest experience throughout stays. You will coordinate with all hotel departments, anticipate guest needs, and uphold Aman’s luxury standards of warmth, discretion and Balinese hospitality.

You will oversee guest relations operations, handle requests discreetly, and work with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years in Guest Relations or luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory/managerial experience in luxury settings preferred.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and personalize interactions throughout their stay.
• Anticipate needs and arrange personalized experiences.
• Coordinate with departments for seamless service delivery.
• Handle requests, inquiries, feedback, and complaints discreetly.
