Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking a GA & Admin Manager (Mandarin Only) to oversee daily operations at Alam Sutera. You will manage general affairs, admin, procurement, and facilities, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.

Lead procurement, vendor sourcing, and cost control, supervise facilities and security, and handle recruitment operations with a team of at least 10. Fluent Mandarin is mandatory to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, Procurement, or related management roles.
• Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations including general affairs and admin.
• Manage procurement, vendor sourcing, and cost control.
• Supervise facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
• Coordinate client visits, external communication and events.
• Oversee administrative processes and internal operational support.
• Support recruitment operations and supervise recruitment team.
• Prepare administrative reports and ensure operational efficiency.
