Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking an E-Commerce Manager (Mandarin speaker) to lead online marketing and e-commerce operations for our fashion/textile brand in Katapang, Bandung. You will develop strategies, oversee Shopee/Tokopedia stores, and drive campaigns across social channels.

The ideal candidate is a native Indonesian speaker with fluent Mandarin and 3+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in fashion/textiles, and strong data analysis and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Native Indonesian speaker with fluent Mandarin (HSK 5+ preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or brand marketing.
• Experience in fashion, clothing, home textile or fabric industries is highly preferred.
• Familiar with Indonesian social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
• Strong data analysis, creative planning, communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement online marketing and e-commerce strategies for the brand.
• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other channels.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce stores, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and others.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, live streaming, promotions, product launches, and influencer collaborations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and operational data to optimize e-commerce strategies.
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Review bilingual Chinese-Indonesian content to ensure brand information is accurate and consistent.
• Monitor e-commerce performance, including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and follower growth.
