Job summary

PT kuda hitam tech is seeking a Mandarin-speaking coordinator to bridge management with the Indonesian team, oversee live streaming, and support TikTok Shop and Shopee operations.

You will translate communications between Mandarin and Indonesian, coordinate with management and host teams, and monitor live streams for SOP compliance and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Coordinate between management, hosts, customer service, content creators and e-commerce teams.
• Oversee host schedules, attendance and live streaming activities.
• Ensure hosts follow SOP, scripts, products, prices, promotions and directives.
• Provide corrections or warnings when SOP is not followed.
• Evaluate host performance from activity and streaming data.
• Create simple reports on live streaming results and issues.
• Support basic TikTok Shop and Shopee operations: product checks, pricing, campaigns, listings.
• Collect and analyze GMV, orders, viewers, product clicks, CTR, conversions.
• Follow up on assigned tasks until completion.

Job description

We are seeking a candidate proficient in Mandarin to assist with communication between management and the Indonesian team, while overseeing live streaming activities and supporting e-commerce operations for TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Key responsibilities

Translate work communications between Mandarin and Indonesian and vice versa

Assist communication between management and host teams, customer service, content creators, and e-commerce teams

Oversee host schedules, attendance, and activities during live streaming

Ensure hosts conduct live streams according to SOP, scripts, products, prices, promotions, and company directives

Provide direct corrections or warnings if hosts do not follow SOP

Assist in evaluating host performance based on activity and live streaming data

Create simple reports on live streaming results and issues found

Assist with basic TikTok Shop and Shopee operations including product checks, pricing, vouchers, campaigns, and listings

Help collect and analyse basic data such as GMV, orders, viewers, product clicks, CTR, and conversion rates

Follow up on assigned tasks until completion

About you

Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing

Good and communicative Indonesian language skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Assertive and able to remind hosts if they do not follow rules

Detail-oriented, responsible, and have good follow-up capabilities

Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets

Able to work with targets and deadlines

Able to communicate problems quickly and clearly to superiors

Interest in learning about e-commerce and live commerce

Experience in e-commerce, live streaming, TikTok Shop, or Shopee is a plus
