Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is essential.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing and marketplace management.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Lazada, Tokopedia.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Indonesian language.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or related field.
• Experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI on marketing investments.
• Familiarity with Chinese e-commerce practices and consumer behaviour is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and market expansion.
• Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media platforms and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Oversee product listings, pricing strategies and promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
• Manage relationships with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners, providing support and fostering long-term engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and opportunities for business growth.
• Create compelling product descriptions, marketing materials and content tailored to the Mandarin-speaking audience.
• Lead testing and experimentation initiatives to optimise user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on e-commerce performance and strategic recommendations.
