Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager Process & Experience Delivery Indonesia to lead CI, digitalization and people services across Indonesia. You will shape data-driven experiences and collaborate across markets to elevate people services.

Qualifications

• University degree with experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
• Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Process Excellence.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
• A collaborative team player with effective stakeholder navigation.
• Clear and confident written and verbal English communication with senior stakeholders.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As a Manager Process and Experience Delivery Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a seamless, data-driven, and people-centric experience across Indonesia. This role goes beyond operations—you will lead continuous improvement (CI), digitalization/experience improvement, and cross-market collaboration to elevate how we design and deliver people services.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree with strong experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Process Excellence roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable decisions.
• A collaborative team player who facilitates constructive teamwork and navigates social dynamics across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
