Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Manager Process & Experience Delivery Indonesia to lead CI, digitalization and people services across Indonesia. You will shape data-driven experiences and collaborate across markets to elevate people services.

You will drive end-to-end process excellence, turn data into insights, and engage senior stakeholders while advancing a smoke-free future for adults.

Qualifications

University degree with experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation.
Experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Process Excellence.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
A collaborative team player with effective stakeholder navigation.
Clear and confident written and verbal English communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end process excellence.
Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation.
Turn data into clear insights and action.
Master PMI’s employee listening strategy and tools.
Connect multi-source feedback and operational data into meaningful improvements.
Facilitate monthly listening huddles and callback conversations to understand pain points.
Champion solutions that improve both employee experience and business outcomes.
