Job summary

PT. Kerta Mulya Saripakan seeks a PPIC Specialist to plan production, manage inventory, and optimize distribution. You will develop plans based on forecasts, orders, capacity, and material availability, while monitoring deviations and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 2–3 years of PPIC experience, with strong Excel skills and ERP/SAP familiarity. Placement at Serang plant or other sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of PPIC experience in manufacturing or feedmill industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master production planning, inventory control, and distribution systems.
• Understand and execute PPM, MRP, Inventory Control, and Production Scheduling processes.
• Develop and control production plans based on forecast, sales order, capacity, and material availability.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock opname, monitor stock levels, and control slow moving/dead stock.
• Monitor production realization, analyze deviations, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments.
• Use Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP for planning and control.

The role involves developing and controlling production plans based on forecasts, sales orders, production capacity, and raw material availability, as well as monitoring production realization, analyzing deviations, and coordinating across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Master production planning, inventory control, and distribution systems
• Understand and execute Production Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Inventory Control, and Production Scheduling processes
• Develop and control production plans based on forecast, sales order, production capacity, and raw material availability
• Manage inventory, conduct stock opname, monitor stock levels, and control slow moving and dead stock
• Monitor production realization, analyze deviations, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Sales departments
• Use Microsoft Excel and ERP/SAP systems for planning and control

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC), preferably in manufacturing or feedmill industry
• Meticulous, systematic, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination capabilities
• Able to resolve issues related to raw material delays or market demand changes
• Proactive, able to work with targets and strict deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/SAP is an added value
• Willing to be placed at Plant Serang or company operational locations
