Job summary

OSA Consulting Indonesia is seeking a PPIC specialist to collect and validate data across sales, inventory, BOM, and production capacity to support demand forecasting. The role requires coordination with multiple teams to ensure material readiness and on-time output.

You will prepare production schedules, monitor progress, and maintain accurate PPIC reports and trackers, using Excel or Google Sheets for data processing and reporting. Attention to detail and deadlines is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain experience.
• Forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and material planning.
• Ability to calculate production and material requirements using BOM, forecast, stock, PO, lead time, and MOQ.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data processing, tracking, and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Good coordination and communication with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Production teams.

Job description

Collect and validate sales, inventory, BOM, production capacity, and outstanding purchase order data to support demand forecasting.

Calculate production and material requirements based on forecasts, stock availability, lead time, and MOQ.

Prepare and update production schedules and monitor production progress and material readiness.

Monitor inventory levels, stock coverage, batch numbers, and expiry dates to identify potential shortages, excess stock, or near-expiry products.

Reconcile material usage and production output, including monitoring waste and discrepancies.

Coordinate material purchasing requirements with the Purchasing team and delivery schedules with the Warehouse team.

Prepare accurate and timely PPIC reports and trackers.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain.

Understand basic forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and material planning.

Able to calculate production and material requirements using BOM, forecast, stock, outstanding PO, lead time, and MOQ.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing, tracking, and reporting.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage priorities and deadlines.

Good coordination and communication skills to work with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Production teams.
