Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) invites an experienced professional to manage the flow of receipts, transfers, storage and oil expenditure at CPO Terminal, Farm Tank and Bulk Filling locations in South Kalimantan. The role focuses on ISCC/Non-ISCC acceptance, ensuring ISO/HACCP/RSPO compliance, and maintaining CCPs, safety, and quality systems while championing continuous improvement in operations.

Candidates should have a bachelor degree in engineering and at least 3 years in a tank-farm setting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years as assistant manager in a tank farm (palm oil).
• Understanding of quality, food safety, feed safety, health & safety and environmental management systems.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Willing to be placed at Tarjun Refinery, South Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, transfer, storage and oil expenditure at CPO Terminal, Farm Tank and Bulk Filling.
• Ensure ISCC ID, GHG emissions, Total Certified product and ISCC/Non ISCC oil expenditure at WB, Terminal (loading/unloading) and Tank Yard.
• Provide reports to supervisor on operational activities related to acceptance and entry of oil to and from the Factory.
• Coordinate raw material acceptance and oil transfer to bulking tank or consumer.
• Coordinate export documents (B/L, Manifest, Minutes and other export documents) and ensure correct completeness.
• Maintain operational smoothness in WB, Terminal, Tank Yard for storage, distribution and disbursement of refinery products.
• Monitor CCPs and take corrective actions per ISO documents, HACCP, ISCC, RSPO.

Job Description Summary :
Manage and coordinate for the smoothness of the activities of receipt, transfer, storage and oil expenditure at the location of CPO Terminal, Farm Tank and Bulk Filling.

Job Description :

• Responsible for the implementation of Raw Material Non ISCC and ISCC acceptance activities by ensuring ISCC ID, GHG emision Supplier, Total Certified product and ISCC and Non ISCC oil expenditure at WB, Terminal (loading / unloading) and Tank Yard.
• Responsible to provide reports and feedback to the supervisor regarding operational activities related to the acceptance and entry of oil to and from the Factory.
• Coordinate to the relevant part about the activity of raw material acceptance, transfer, oil expenditure either to bulking tank or the consumer.
• In cooperation with Bulking and admin export of documents (examples: B / L, Manifest, Minutes and Other Export Documents) and ensure correct completeness
• Responsible for operational smoothness in WB, Terminal (Loading / unloading), Tank Yard for Storage, Distribution and Disbursement of Refinery & Fractionation Products, SCD (CPO, RBDPO, Olein, Stearin and PFAD).
• Ensure that existing CCPs are properly monitored and corrective actions taken when any deviation is implemented correctly in accordance with the requirements in ISO documents, HACCP Plan and ISCC System.
• Minimize oil loss, contamination, and oil damage.
• Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance and internal calibration on schedule.
• Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC, RSPO).
• Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.
• Responsible for employee development in Operation.
• Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment of work (equipment) and environmental hygiene (environment) in the location of CPO Terminals, Farm Tank and Bulk Filling.

Job Requirement :

• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an assistant manager in a tank farm (palm oil based company).
• Understanding of quality management systems, food safety management systems, feed safety management systems, occupational health and safety management systems, and environmental management systems.
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Willing to be placed at Tarjun Refinery (South Kalimantan)
