Job summary

PT Natural Indococonut Organik in Tobelo, North Halmahera, is seeking an Operational Manager to lead the branch and ensure robust coconut collection, quality, and supply continuity. You will drive performance through strong leadership of the branch team and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include managing farmers and suppliers, controlling OPEX, and ensuring SOP compliance while coordinating with Head Office to implement company directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Agriculture or related field.
• At least 3 years as Operational Manager of a branch/office.
• Experience in plantation, coconut, agribusiness, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Capable of operational planning and control.
• Understanding of OPEX, cost control and efficiency.
• Ability to work with targets under pressure and communicate well.
• Willing to be stationed in North Halmahera.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control all branch office operations to meet volume targets, quality, supply continuity, productivity, and effectiveness of coconut collection activities.
• Manage relationships with farmers, suppliers, and business partners to ensure supply availability and field operations smoothness.
• Plan, control, and evaluate unit OPEX within company policy.
• Lead and develop branch team through target setting, performance monitoring, and productivity improvements.
• Manage assets, facilities, and resources; ensure maintenance, security, and SOP compliance.
• Analyze operational data to identify issues, take corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Head Office and ensure implementation of company policies and directives at branch level.
