Job summary

Techconnect.id in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking an IT Strategy and GRC Division Head to align IT strategy with the bank's objectives and oversee IT governance and risk management.

The role requires deep knowledge of POJK, BI, ISO standards, sharia-compliant controls, and leadership of a high-performing IT Strategy & GRC team, driving compliance and effective IT investment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience (Sharia banking experience preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in IT / Business Administration / Management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.
• In-depth knowledge of IT strategy, IT governance, IT risk management, and IT compliance.
• Understanding of Indonesian banking IT regulations and standards (POJK, BI, ISO, GRC, IT procurement & budgeting, and project management).
• Experience leading an IT Strategy & GRC team, building a culture of compliance and risk management; relevant certifications/training are a plus (MR Level 5, Sharia DPS, COBIT, ITIL, PMP, Leadership).

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve IT performance and compliance.
