Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT project management, strong governance and SDLC experience, and proven ability to manage risks and stakeholders in banking or financial services. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience, senior level.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT projects in banking, financial services, insurance, or related industries.
• Strong experience in project governance, SDLC, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through implementation and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure project execution follows agreed methodology, governance, and SDLC processes.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
