Job summary

Grab is seeking a Senior Product Strategy professional to define and drive strategic initiatives aligned with long‑term goals. You will work cross‑functionally across product verticals and platforms, identifying opportunities, guiding roadmap decisions, and closing execution gaps.

You will interact with senior leadership, influence strategic direction, and report to the Head of Product Strategy & Product Operations in a fully onsite role based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or equivalent roles within tech-based or consulting firms.
• Experience with product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in digital and web technologies, AI, machine learning, cloud-based systems, and emerging tech trends.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, product definition and driving product requirements.
• Track record of presenting to and influencing senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coherent strategy across verticals and platforms product teams.
• Identify new opportunities, threats and latest tech/market trends to help develop long-term strategic plans for future products, including partnership opportunities to accelerate realization of our roadmap.
• Set direction and rhythm in the tech roadmap planning and review to ensure focus on actions towards company and tech priorities.
• Resolve gaps in the planning and execution to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive the kaizen to evolve tech operating structure and the overall organization composition to improve agility and velocity to impact.
• Support talent development roadmap in tech to continuously uplevel the hard and soft skills of our talents.

You will be an individual contributor, reporting to the Head of Product Strategy & Product Operations. This is a fully onsite role, based in Jakarta.
