The Management Trainee Program at Viction.id (Branch Sona Topas) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The trainee will rotate across key business functions to learn end-to-end operations, including sales, marketing, and administrative processes. Daily responsibilities include supporting branch activities, analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and assisting in implementing process improvements under the guidance of senior leaders. The role also involves participating in training sessions, contributing to team projects, and engaging with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs. Successful trainees will be prepared for future supervisory or managerial positions within the organization.
