Eternal Tsingshan Indonesia invites ambitious professionals to join its Management Trainee program at the Morowali facility in Central Sulawesi. This hands-on program embeds trainees in the production and operations heart, exposing you to daily workflows from entry level upward and building a strong foundation for future leadership.

You will gain managerial exposure, progressively oversee technical tasks within your department, and support cross‑functional teams to improve production efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree holders in engineering or related fields; law, accounting or economics acceptable.
• English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to live and work on-site at IMIP, Central Sulawesi.
