Job summary

PT Eastroc Vitamin Energy Indonesia is seeking driven fresh graduates to join its Management Trainee Program. You will rotate through core functions, building a strong understanding of end-to-end business from production to sales and operations.

You will complete projects, contribute to targets, and engage in training and coaching with management, with Mandarin and English proficiency considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields preferred)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome; maximum 2 years of working experience
• Strong leadership potential, high initiative, and good analytical skills
• Able to work well both independently and in a team, with strong adaptability
• Willing to be placed in any of the company's operational areas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is a plus
• Good command of Mandarin & English, both written and spoken, is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Participate in the job rotation program across various departments according to the assigned schedule
• Learn the company's end-to-end business processes (production, marketing, sales, and operations)
• Complete projects and assignments given by mentors/supervisors in each department
• Prepare evaluation reports and process improvement recommendations for each rotation phase
• Actively contribute to team targets during each placement period
• Attend training, coaching, and periodic evaluation sessions with management
