Job summary

Travelio, an online short to medium term home rental operator based in Indonesia, seeks a DevOps/DevSecOps engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments. You will collaborate across teams to automate deployments, monitor production, and ensure security and compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/Eng, 2–3 years in DevOps/DevSecOps, strong Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/Bitbucket/Bamboo, and cloud experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps, with identity management or similar systems.
• Strong proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, Bamboo.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes; cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices and data privacy regulations.

Job description

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish infrastructure requirements and automate deployment processes.

Monitor and maintain the production environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to ensure system stability and performance.

Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

Research and recommend new DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices to improve development efficiency and infrastructure reliability.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for production environments.

Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps, system administration, or related fields, with a focus on identity management solutions or similar systems.

Strong proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.

Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket CI/CD, Bamboo, or similar.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast-paced development environments.

Hands-on with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).

Significant hands-on knowledge of Cloud deployments.

Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).

Prior experience in biometrics modalities like face, fingerprint, and Iris lifecycle is a big plus. 10. Understanding of security best practices, encryption, and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. 12. Should be experienced with DBA activities (Installation/Deployment of DBs (RDBMS or NoSQL), backup/restore etc).

Would be processed and placed in Haji Nawi, South Jakarta (Full WFO).
