Job summary

Mustika Indah Permai is seeking a results-driven professional to lead management and quality initiatives, applying PDCA to drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate the Board’s events calendar, prepare comprehensive KPI presentations, and monitor CIP progress across operations.

The role also represents the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure robust HSE process cycles are effectively executed on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
• Understanding mining activities.
• Writing and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive management and quality improvement initiatives using PDCA.
• Manage the Calendar of Events for the Board and prepare KPI presentations; facilitate CIP progress.
• Represent the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure strong HSE process cycle execution.

• Serve as a key representative of the Mining Safety & Environmental Committee to ensure the robust execution of the HSE process cycle across operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Management / Industrial Engineering / Information System.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in handling ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.
• Having knowledge about mining activities.
• Having the ability Writing & Reporting skill.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan.
