Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the Mining, Resources & Energy industries or similar labor-intensive sectors.
• Proven experience managing operations at a corporate level with significant budgetary responsibility.
• Strong leadership with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning and implementing processes that enhance operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in ERP software and business data analytics tools.
• In-depth understanding of workplace safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Operations management or Six Sigma certification is a desirable asset.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Willing to undertake business travel and visit mining sites.
