Job summary

PT ILOGO INFRALOGY is seeking a System Engineer to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure in Jakarta/Tangerang. You will configure servers, virtualization, storage, and networking while ensuring reliability and performance across on-prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong Linux knowledge, and hands-on experience with VMware/Nutanix. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years experience as a system engineer
• Knowledge in TCP/IP, internet and networking
• Basic knowledge about server, storage, and network
• Familiar with Nutanix (HCI) or virtualization and certification is a benefit
• Having dell certification
• Good knowledge in software backup solutions
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang

Responsibilities

• Manage all system requirements and installed infrastructure
• Build, configure, test and maintain operating systems, software and hardware
• Setup, installation, testing, and maintaining operating systems and hardware
• Evaluate the existing system and coordinate when problems occur
• Manage physical, virtualization and colocation server administration
• Perform data backup and restore
• Communicate effectively and work with the team
• Monitor networks (Core, Distribution/Switching, Routing, Internet, WAN, Network Security) and report performance
• Escalate disruptions and provide solutions
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations
• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
• Provide responsive services
• Be willing to be placed in Tangerang

Job description

Having Knowledge and experience in Linux-based system (eg: ubuntu, Centors, debian, Fedora, etc)

Having Knowledge and experience in server configuration and tech stacls, eg: apache, Nginx, Unicorn, Cron, etc

Having knowledge and experience in server clustering, replication, Rollback, backup and storage management

Having knowledge about endpoint antivirus on-premise and cloud.

Familiar with Nutanix (HCI) or virtualization, and having certification is a benefit

Having dell certification

Having good knowledge in software backup solution.

Having good skill for presentation product, good analysis and can work under pressure.

Take action & carry out rapid escalation of disruptions in the corporate network and provide solutions.

Analyze customer needs

Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs.
