Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mall Manager for Bodetabek / Outside Jakarta Area to oversee day-to-day operations of a retail property, manage building operations, engineering, maintenance, security, and guest services, and drive asset performance.

You will lead multidisciplinary property teams, coordinate service partners, and maintain strong client and tenant relationships to ensure excellent service standards and a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in property or building management, preferably within shopping malls, retail properties, mixed-use developments, or other large-scale customer-facing commercial assets.
• Strong understanding of retail property operations, including Facilities Management, engineering and maintenance, tenant relations, security, housekeeping, vendors, and service delivery.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial capabilities, with the confidence to engage clients, tenants, senior stakeholders, vendors, and operational teams while managing budgets, contracts, and performance.
• Proactive, hands-on, and commercially minded with strong problem-solving, communication, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day management and operations of a retail property, overseeing building operations, engineering and maintenance, security, housekeeping, parking, customer services, and other property management functions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, retailers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders, acting as a key escalation point for operational and tenant matters.
• Lead multidisciplinary property management teams and service providers, establishing clear performance expectations and monitoring service quality.
• Oversee property budgets, operating expenditure, vendor contracts, procurement, reporting, compliance, and performance initiatives to improve efficiency and asset performance.
• Conduct regular property and operational reviews, identifying risks and driving corrective actions for a safe, attractive, high-performing retail environment.
