Job summary

PT Electronic City Indonesia, Tbk. is seeking a Leasing Manager to identify prime locations and manage tenant mix for new unit leases in premium malls or standalone properties in South Jakarta. You will negotiate lease terms, analyze feasibility studies, promote available spaces, and renew existing agreements while maintaining strong relationships with tenants.

Placement: SCBD - South Jakarta. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in leasing/tenant management for malls.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bs Degree any majors
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as Manager Leasing/Tenant/Site Development
• Demonstrable experience as a Leasing/Tenant Manager in premium mall.

Responsibilities

• Look for potential locations (mall or standalone) and analyze feasibility studies.
• Seek potential tenants to join new unit leases.
• Promote and advertise available properties.
• Renew lease agreements when desired.
• Negotiate updated lease features and terms.
• Maintain relationships with existing tenants.
