Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Facility Staff for a mall in Tangerang to monitor fire prevention, environmental compliance, and maintenance programs across multiple locations.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, 3+ years mall facility experience, AK3U certification, and willingness to work weekends and travel, with strong English.

You will prepare reports, coordinate with facility teams, and support HQ with documentation and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of mall facility staff experience with site inspections.
• Good knowledge of building engineering systems (MEP) and regulations.
• Able to operate AutoCAD and coordinate with teams.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays/overtime and travel to mall locations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, monitor, and compile data on fire prevention, environmental compliance, mall cleanliness, and utility consumption.
• Prepare and maintain reports on fire prevention, environmental monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Organize and maintain facility operation records and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor utility consumption records and ensure data is up to date.
• Assist in site inspections and implement facility management standards across malls.
• Prepare reports and presentations requested by Facility Management Headquarters.
• Coordinate with mall facility teams for timely report submission.
• Perform other facility management duties as assigned.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
