Job summary

PT Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee mall operations including property management, tenant relations, customer service, facility management, housekeeping and maintenance.

You will ensure a safe environment, identify and eliminate safety hazards, support emergency readiness, and perform condition assessments to inform long-range capital plans.

The role covers parking, security, landscaping and overall mall operations with a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Have experiences at the same field (hotel, mall, building).
• Enable to work in team.
• Minimum have 5 years experiences at the same field.

Responsibilities

• Manage shopping mall operations including property management, tenant management, customer service, Facility management, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Maintains a safe environment and identifies and eliminates safety hazards to Mall staff, tenants and customers.
• Supports preparation for emergency and disaster response.
• Performs Condition Assessments to assist in the development of long-range capital plans and budgets.
• Able to identification tool malfunction and doing improvement.
• Responsible and maintenance for mall operational including parking, security, housekeeping & landscape.
