Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Facility Supervisor for a Commercial Property client in Tangerang (B-133111). You will develop and maintain facility reporting systems, analyze utility and safety data, and support SOPs and standards for multiple mall locations.

Responsible for coordinating with site teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with MEP and engineering standards. Proficiency in English, AutoCAD, AK3U, and willingness to travel or work on weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of mall Facility Supervisor experience with site inspections.
• Good understanding of building engineering systems, including MEPs.
• Able to operate AutoCAD.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and overtime.
• Willing to travel to mall locations as required.
• Possess AK3U certification.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain facility reporting systems, databases, reporting formats, and operational documentation for all mall locations.
• Collect, verify, and analyze operational data, including utility consumption, energy efficiency, fire prevention, environmental compliance, and cleanliness performance.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Facility Management SOPs, guidelines, standards, and operational manuals.
• Coordinate with facility teams at all mall locations to ensure consistent operational practices, reporting standards, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations to improve building operations, maintenance standards, and facility performance.
• Prepare reports, data analysis, presentations, and management summaries to support business decisions and operational improvements.
• Monitor compliance with building engineering standards, MEP systems, safety regulations, and operational requirements across mall facilities.
• Perform other facility management projects and assignments as required by Facility Management Headquarters.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed.

Possess an AK3U certification.
