Job summary

AEON Indonesia is seeking a facilities technician to assist in the operational maintenance of MEP systems in AEON Mall Alam Sutera and other stores.

You will perform routine inspections, respond to emergency calls, read technical drawings, and contribute to energy efficiency initiatives while adhering to K3 safety standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of MEP experience is preferred. Shifts are required, and placement at AEON Mall Alam Sutera is possible.

Qualifications

• SMK or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in MEP role, but Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Familiarity with K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to speak English is plus.
• Willing to work in shifts following mall operational hours.
• Willing to work in the field and handle emergency maintenance when needed.
• Willing to be placed at AEON Mall Alam Sutera

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operational maintenance of MEP systems in stores.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and buildings to ensure compliance with K3 safety standards.
• Respond to facility-related issues or emergency maintenance calls and perform corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain records and assist in administrative tasks related to facility maintenance.
• Assist in energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
