Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Food Technology.
• Experience in food & beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Skilled in troubleshooting skills with analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to guide others, and good decision-making skills.
• Willing to work in a shift system. Placement: Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations to ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with quality and safety standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain 5S, GMP, and continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
• Monitor production processes, record data, and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Support team coordination and provide input for process improvements and operational efficiency.
