PT Japfa Food Indonesia (Wonoayu, Sidoarjo) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and minimize equipment downtime. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-efficient operation within a manufacturing/agriculture context.

The candidate will manage inventories, budgets, and cross‑department collaboration to optimize equipment performance and reliability, while maintaining thorough records.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and facility maintenance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• CMMS experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and train a team of maintenance technicians.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance for machinery and facilities.
• Respond to breakdowns and implement effective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory and tools for maintenance needs.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to optimize equipment performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.
