Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Staff to oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of restaurant facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations across our outlets. You will perform routine inspections, handle minor repairs for electrical, plumbing, AC and kitchen equipment, and coordinate with external vendors.

You will also create reports and ensure safety and usability of facilities.

Qualifications

Minimum SMK/D3 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Experience as Maintenance/Technician in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, and equipment repair.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to visit outlets for inspections.
Domiciled in Surabaya and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment
Handle minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing, AC, kitchen equipment, and outlet facilities
Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment damage
Identify damage and conduct initial troubleshooting
Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for work requiring specialized handling
Create reports and documentation related to maintenance work
Ensure facilities and equipment remain safe and fit for use
Handle maintenance needs at outlets according to priority and operational needs
