Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is offering a 6-month full-time internship in the Transport Services Division. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, maintenance planning, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.

Ideal candidates are engineering students or fresh graduates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to join ASAP. SAP experience is a plus, and the internship runs full-time from the office, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with no active classes or fresh graduate (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Transportation, or related engineering fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
• Able to work full-time from office (WFO), Monday–Friday.

• Assist in ensuring maintenance planning and periodic maintenance activities are carried out according to the planned schedule.
• Help analyze unscheduled breakdowns for parts forecasting needs.
• Help analyze recurring unscheduled breakdowns and provide technical suggestions to reduce breakdown frequency.
• Help recommend spare parts to be stocked in the warehouse to improve parts availability.
• Support operational administration and reporting activities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Available to join ASAP.
• Able to be fully committed to a 6-month internship period.
• Able to work full-time from office (WFO), Monday-Friday.
