• Knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and electrical schematics.
• Experience in shift-work environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain all machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and routine inspections to identify and resolve potential equipment failures before they occur.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Collaborates closely with the production team to optimize line efficiency and ensure output meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and parts inventory.
