Job summary

Kraft Heinz ABC Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Lead to act as the technical owner for the area, driving safe, reliable equipment performance and continuous improvement of maintenance systems. You will supervise preventive, corrective, and lubrication activities, coach teams, and ensure GMP/HACCP/KHMS and safety standards are met across operations.

Open to fresh graduates with internships who show strong problem-solving and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.

• Flexibility to adjust schedule and support shifts.
• Ability to coach operators on defect handling and maintenance routines.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and lubrication maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
• Support investigation of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Lead optimization of startup, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions.
• Track and report maintenance indicators (including downtime).
• Implement and improve Daily Management Systems (DMSs) for defects, cost control, and work execution.
• Build capability of operating teams in Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
• Coach operators and line leaders on defect handling and maintenance routines.
• Assist team members with technical issues and advanced problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, KHMS, FSSC 22000 and safety standards.

The Maintenance Lead is the technical leader and system owner for the assigned area. The role ensures safe and reliable equipment performance by eliminating breakdown-related losses, executing preventive and corrective maintenance. It also owns and continuously improves maintenance-related Daily Management Systems (DMSs), defect handling, breakdown elimination, cost control, work execution, preventive maintenance, and lubrication, providing continuity with the Maintenance & Reliability Excellence (MRE) pillar.

Responsibilities:

Perform and oversee preventive, corrective, and lubrication maintenance activities.

Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.

Support investigation of breakdowns and lead the implementation of corrective actions.

Lead optimization of startup, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions.

Track and report maintenance indicators (including downtime) and process measures.

Implement and continuously improve Daily Management Systems (DMSs): defect handling, breakdown elimination, cost control, work execution, preventive maintenance, and lubrication.

Build capability of operating teams in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.

Coach operators and line leaders on defect handling and maintenance routines.

Assist team members with technical issues and advanced problem-solving.

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), FSSC 22000, and safety standards.
