Job summary

Kraft Heinz ABC Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Lead to act as the technical owner for the area, driving safe, reliable equipment performance and continuous improvement of maintenance systems. You will supervise preventive, corrective, and lubrication activities, coach teams, and ensure GMP/HACCP/KHMS and safety standards are met across operations.

Open to fresh graduates with internships who show strong problem-solving and data-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
Open for fresh graduates with internship experience.
Strong computer and data management skills (MS Office, maintenance systems).
Flexibility to adjust schedule and support shifts.
Ability to coach operators on defect handling and maintenance routines.
Capability to inspect and verify quality of work performed by team members.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and lubrication maintenance activities.
Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
Support investigation of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Lead optimization of startup, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions.
Track and report maintenance indicators (including downtime).
Implement and improve Daily Management Systems (DMSs) for defects, cost control, and work execution.
Build capability of operating teams in Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
Coach operators and line leaders on defect handling and maintenance routines.
Assist team members with technical issues and advanced problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, KHMS, FSSC 22000 and safety standards.
