Kraft Heinz ABC Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR & General Affairs professional to manage end-to-end people processes for third-party labour, oversee facilities and ensure site compliance, and supervise a GA taskforce across a 19-acre perimeter.

You will drive capability improvements through training, lead engagement activities, maintain vendor relationships, contracts, and payments, and handle escalations with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum bachelor's degree from any major.
• 2-3 years working experience in Human Resources & General Affairs in a FMCG company.
• Strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude), hands on, independent and proactive.
• Strong analytical thinking and passionate for results.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end people processes (hiring, onboarding, capability improvement, offboarding) for third-party labour across all departments.
• Lead capability improvement programs for third-party workers through training initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline for permanent positions and multi-skilled operators.
• Monitor and manage general facilities (canteen, locker rooms, parking, sports field, gym, training room, meals, office supplies) to ensure hygiene and quality standards.
• Support implementation of engagement activities to maintain and improve employee satisfaction.
• Ensure plant facilities compliance, including PBB, IMB, and third-party worker registration.
• Supervise budget management and payments for meals, utilities, third-party labor costs, and related fees.
• Supervise GA taskforce (drivers, receptionists, cleaners, gardeners, helpers, security) over a 19-acre area.
• Oversee asset management for the perimeter and provide end-to-end service coverage for workplace infrastructure, reception, housekeeping, and signage.
• Maintain vendor relationships, manage contracts, ensure timely payments, and monitor performance.
• Handle escalations and complaints and develop related work systems, procurement procedures, and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end people processes (hiring, onboarding, capability improvement, offboarding) for third-party labour across all departments

Lead capability improvement programs for third-party workers through training initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline for permanent positions and multi-skilled operators

Monitor and manage general facilities (canteen, locker rooms, parking, sports field, music & gym, training room, supplemental meals, office supplies) to ensure fulfilment of management requirements and compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Support implementation of engagement activities to maintain and improve employee satisfaction

Ensure plant facilities compliance, including PBB, IMB, and third-party worker registration

Supervise budget management and payment processes for supplemental meals, utilities (water, electricity, gas), third-party labor costs, and compliance-related fees

Supervise GA taskforce (drivers, receptionists, cleaners and gardeners, helpers, security) covering a total area of 19 acres

Oversee asset management for the perimeter and conduct full end-to-end service coverage supporting asset services (workplace infrastructure, reception, housekeeping, signage)

Maintain vendor relationships, manage contracts, ensure timely payments, and monitor performance

Handle escalations and complaints on behalf of the company and create, develop, and implement related work systems, procurement procedures, and maintenance

Requirements
