Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a field-based Maintenance Engineer in Indonesia to perform heavy equipment maintenance and manage downtime, MR events, and service orders. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s in Technical Engineering with a GPA of at least 2.75, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform regular reconciliation of downtime details and machine SMU with customers to ensure accurate recording and billing processes.
• Review daily Event Scope documents from the Service team and maintain MR data history in the AMT system to ensure data completeness.
• Coordinate with EM, Service, Parts Operation, and vendors to review targets, schedules, and MR event progress, update estimates, and resolve obstacles for optimal daily machine performance.
• Validate and maintain Priority 1 backlogs, including creating and maintaining quotations and Service Orders for immediate job readiness.
• Monitor outstanding backlog lists and prepare backlogs or minor Planned Component Replacements with ready-to-execute status for machine unscheduled breakdowns.
• Prepare and maintain Quotations and Service Orders for unscheduled breakdown events in coordination with Service and Parts Operation to assign technicians and resources.
• Provide initial troubleshooting information on unscheduled breakdowns and updates on backlogs to ensure timely repair actions.
• Maintain daily PM calls based on updated Equipment SMU data to ensure accurate service scheduling and capacity planning.
