Job summary

Trakindo in Jakarta is seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment Maintenance professional with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering and at least 3 years of field experience. The role focuses on downtime reconciliation, service coordination, and backlog management to support timely machine operations across customer sites.

You will work closely with service teams, vendors, and customers to review targets, manage quotations and service orders, and ensure accurate data in the AMT

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform regular reconciliation of downtime details and machine SMU with customers.
• Review daily Event Scope documents and maintain MR data history in the AMT system.
• Coordinate with EM, Service, Parts Operation, vendors to review targets and schedules.
• Validate and maintain Priority 1 backlogs, including quotations and Service Orders.
• Monitor backlog and prepare backlogs or minor PCRs for unscheduled breakdowns.
• Coordinate with service teams for initial troubleshooting and backlog updates.
• Maintain daily PM calls based on updated Equipment SMU data for scheduling.

Minimum S1 in Technical Engineering major

Minimum 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and perform regular reconciliation of downtime details and machine SMU with customers to ensure accurate recording and billing processes.
• Review daily Event Scope documents from the Service team and maintain MR data history in the AMT system to ensure data completeness.
• Conduct daily coordination with relevant stakeholders (EM, Service, Parts Operation, vendors) to review targets, schedules, and MR event progress, update estimate releases, and resolve potential obstacles to maintain optimum daily machine performance.
• Validate and maintain Priority 1 (high) backlogs, including creating and maintaining quotations and Service

Orders, to ensure immediate job readiness.

• Monitor outstanding backlog lists and prepare backlogs or minor Planned Component Replacements (PCR) with ready to execute status to enable opportunity execution during machine unscheduled breakdowns and optimize available MR events.
• Prepare and maintain Quotation and Service

Order for unscheduled breakdown events in coordination with Service and Parts Operation to assign technician or other resources and Parts or Component order and delivery to ensure immediate job readiness for exe

• Coordinate with service teams by providing initial troubleshooting information on unscheduled breakdown conditions and updates on pending or outstanding backlogs to ensure appropriate response and timely repair actions.
• Maintain daily PM calls based on updated Equipment SMU data to ensure accurate service scheduling, balanced capacity planning, and effective service execution.
