IHG Hotels & Resorts in Bali seeks a Revenue & Reservations Manager for Regent Bali Canggu to lead reservations operations and drive revenue strategy. You will coach the reservations team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure staffing aligns with guest demand while delivering excellent service.

The role focuses on optimizing revenue, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining brand standards across the property’s channel mix and ROAS targets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day reservation & revenue activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
• Educate and train the reservations team responsible for developing new reservations and implementing revenue strategies.
• Work with other department managers to ensure proper staffing levels based on guest volume.
• Promote the ‘one team approach’ and reliable service through daily communication and coordination with all team members.
• Work with superior in the preparation, management of the Department’s budget and manpower planning needs.
