PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Store Manager in Jakarta to lead daily boutique operations and drive premium service for a luxury fashion brand. The role focuses on sales leadership, client engagement, and team development to maximize profitability and elevate the customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a professional appearance to uphold the brand’s standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Experience in sales leadership and store operations.
• Familiarity with luxury KPIs and clienteling strategies.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance, detail-oriented mindset, and customer-service excellence.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs including Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and customer retention.
• Implement luxury clienteling strategies to build loyal, high-value customer relationships.
• Manage visual merchandising and ensure store presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to achieve commercial and service excellence.
• Oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock management, and after-sales service quality.
• Coordinate operational reporting and store activities with head office teams.
