Job summary

Raffles Bali, a luxury 5-star resort in Jimbaran, seeks an experienced bartender to elevate guest experiences at the bar and restaurant. You will prepare cocktails, manage bar stock, and ensure impeccable service in a refined setting with ocean views.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of beverages, liquors, and infusions.
• Excellent guest handling and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menu, take orders and serve food and beverages to standard.
• Set up bar at opening, stock liquor, ice, glassware, juices and garnishes.
• Process drink orders accurately and manage billing efficiently.
• Prepare cocktails according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Monitor guest intoxication and arrange safe transportation when needed.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels; assist with cleaning duties.
• Attend meetings and training; perform light bar/restaurant tasks as required.
• Handle reservations and manage guest flow at peak times.
