Job summary

Amankila, part of the Aman Group, located in Manggis, Bali, seeks a Reservation Agent to manage daily front-office operations related to guest reservations and requests. You will provide outstanding service to guests and travel agents, communicate preferences across departments, and ensure accurate reservation data is recorded in the system.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hospitality reservations, a hospitality degree, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience as a reservation agent in luxury hospitality.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality.
Excellent English – written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest and travel agent service, aligning with Aman’s standards.
Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments for personalized experiences.
Handle reservations via phone and email with accurate data entry.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room inventory, resort services, and local attractions.
Process reservations, amendments, confirmations, and billing inquiries accurately.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for group bookings and rate inquiries.
Ensure reservation systems are functioning and report issues to the Front Office Manager.
