Job summary

Hellenoz is seeking a Marble Project Sales & Business Development Executive to drive marble slab and project sales, partnering with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and hospitality clients. The role focuses on early project identification, understanding stone requirements, and presenting suitable Hellenoz solutions to secure specifications and close deals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in natural stone or related building materials, a strong network with design

Qualifications

Experience in marble, natural stone, building materials or project-based B2B sales.
Relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors or hospitality clients.
Motivated by sales and results.
Proactive and persistent, not aggressive.
Commercially intelligent and strategic in account development.
Confident in prospecting and opening new relationships.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

Actively identify new projects and potential clients.
Build a strong pipeline of residential, hospitality, commercial, retail, and development projects.
Research upcoming developments and identify decision-makers and influencers.
Conduct proactive outreach, introductions, meetings, presentations, and project visits.
Build relationships with architecture and interior design firms to make Hellenoz a preferred resource for natural stone.
Develop new contractor, developer, hospitality, and project accounts.
Sell premium marble slabs and other natural stones.
Understand client drawings, specifications, quantities, applications, budgets, and project schedules.
Assist architects and designers in selecting appropriate stones for their projects.
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
