Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of premium interior products or related industries.
• Proven and strong sales competency including prospecting, negotiation, closing and follow-up.
• Excellent client relationship management skills and a strong network within interior/design.
• Able to read and understand interior/architectural drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for quotations, sales reports, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities and follow up on potential projects.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, and private clients.
• Present and recommend premium lighting products according to client requirements.
• Understand client needs and provide product solutions.
• Read and understand interior/architectural drawings and project specs.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow-ups using Excel and other tools.
• Monitor sales pipelines, project progress, and client follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client and project databases.
• Achieve showroom sales targets.
