Job summary

ROCA Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Executive to expand our presence in architecture, interior design, and hospitality sectors within Indonesia. You will cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and hotel operators while promoting premium bathroom spaces for luxury developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in project sales, specification sales, or business development.
• Existing network in architecture, interior design, hospitality, or luxury property preferred.
• Experience with premium building materials brands is advantageous.
• Understanding of project specification and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and hospitality stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities within the luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
• Promote and specify the company's products in architectural and interior design projects.
• Engage with design firms and consultants during the early stages of project development to influence product selection and specifications.
• Conduct presentations, product trainings, and design consultations to industry professionals.
• Monitor project pipelines and manage opportunities from specification through project completion.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and design community activities.
• Maintain accurate project data and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve agreed sales and project acquisition targets.
