• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5-8 years in progressive housekeeping with 2-3 years in supervisory roles.
• Experience managing 100-200+ employees across multiple properties.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to resolve issues before guest impact.
• Develop and improve housekeeping SOPs, quality standards, and inspection checklists.
• Coordinate with Engineering to maintain rooms, villas, and facilities in excellent condition.
• Lead and develop a large housekeeping workforce across properties.
• Conduct regular training on standards, safety, and operations.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, and cleaning supplies to control costs.
