The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience in luxury resorts or multi-property environments, with strong SOP development, cost awareness, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in housekeeping leadership roles, luxury/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience leading 100–200+ employees across multiple properties.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across multiple properties.
• Establish SOPs, quality standards, and inspection programs.
• Lead, schedule, and develop a large housekeeping team across properties.
