Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across luxury properties in Ubud, Bali. This senior role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to maintain zero-defect cleanliness across guest rooms, villas, and back-of-house facilities.

The ideal candidate will manage 100–200+ staff, implement SOPs, conduct regular inspections, and drive cost controls without compromising guest experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.
• 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience.
• 2–3 years at Supervisor/Manager level in luxury multi-property settings.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, laundry, and public area operations across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to resolve issues before guest impact.
• Develop and enforce housekeeping SOPs, checklists, and operational procedures.
• Oversee a large housekeeping workforce, including supervisors, housekeepers, attendants, and support staff.
• Provide regular training on standards, safety, and guest service.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor turnover and inventory to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
